policy, and take the following steps to get the samples and
catalog.
Summarized company policy regarding
sample shipment
1. Basically, we don't charge sample cost in
our design as well as customer's design.
2. For your first inquiries, when we ship the
samples, we will include our catalog for free. However, regarding
extra request of catalog, $5 will be charged per 1pc.
3. We can ship them all through your designated
freight agent at your expense. Therefore, you have to
give a notice regarding your account number of freight agent
in advance. |
